How to Join the Minecraft Server via Console

If you're on Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Windows 10, Mobile) and want to join a Java Edition server via the friends list, follow these steps:

Step 1: Add GrayCactus1298 as a Friend

  1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
  2. Go to the Friends tab.
  3. Click "Find Cross-Platform Friends".
  4. Type GrayCactus1298 in the search bar.
  5. Select the profile and click "Add Friend".
  6. Wait for them to accept your friend request.

Step 2: Join via Friends List

  1. Open Minecraft on your console or Bedrock device.
  2. Go to the Friends tab.
  3. Scroll down to "Joinable Friends".
  4. If GrayCactus1298 is online and in the Java server, you should see an option to Join.
  5. Click Join Game, and you will be connected!

Troubleshooting (If You Can't Join)

  • Restart Minecraft and check the Friends tab again.
  • Contact an Admin for further assistance.
